The Hioki electrical safety test instrument series is designed for insulation resistance and voltage withstand testing of electrical devices and components according to various safety standards. The 9267 is a PC application that supports the operation of Hioki electrical safety testers using a Windows computer.

• Perform automatic insulation and dielectric strength (hipot) testing of up to 32 points with the High Voltage Scanner 3930
• Easily create and save insulation, dielectric strength, and continuity test records with a computer as required by the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act (Japan)
